ACCA P5 Advanced Performance Management
Our ACCA P5 course is designed to help students learn the skills they need in order to apply relevant knowledge, skills, and exercise professional judgement in selecting and applying strategic management accounting techniques in a variety of business contexts. Students will also learn how to contribute to the evaluation of the performance of an organisation and its strategic development.
