Description

"Grief is a measure of our love and independence and is the price we have to pay for loving."

The chaos of grief can be at the same time overwhelming and a refuge to retreat into. For those who are suffering there is no consolation and for those around them words prove appallingly inadequate.

Working with the bereaved deals with an important aspect of counselling. The sense of loss, intense grief and depression that follows bereavement can be almost unbearable and the need for counselling is often a desperate one.
