Christy Champagne has been working in the travel industry for the past 14 years. She attended American Airlines travel school in 1995 and has had the opportunity to work for many great companies. Christy has a great amount of travel experience and knowledge to bring to the table. She started off working for a tour consolidator for her first job where she booked discounted international travel. About a year later with the same company she began booking travel for attendees to the Dallas Market Center. She then worked for American Express Travel booking corporate travel and continued to book corporate travel for different companies such as Carlson Wagonlit, BCD Travel, and Travelocity. Christy is back working with American Express, booking mainly leisure and luxury travel for the platinum card travel service and loves it. She works from home and feels lucky enough to work for such a great company! She is proficient on the Sabre travel system and has been working with Sabre for her entire run in the travel business, and will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding formats, questions on the course, as well as industry related questions.

Patricia Flores has been working in the travel industry over 14 years. She attended International Travel and Aviation Academy in 1991 in Arlington, TX. She has excellent qualities, strengths and outstanding customer service skills. Her career started at Cendent Travel where she specialized in booking leisure destination packages. She went on to work for World Travel BTI preparing corporate reservations for Pepsi Cola Account and other various corporate accounts. Patricia has been fortunate to work for wonderful companies such as Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Travelocity. Preparing domestic and international air, car, hotel, train and tour reservations. Patricia presently works as a home agent for American Express Platinum Travel preparing luxury travel. Patricia has a lot of knowledge in Native Sabre and Turbo Sabre Systems. Carmen Smith is a 20+ year Travel Industry Veteran having worked in various capacities: Holiday Inn Reservations Agent and Guest Services Agent; International Flight Attendant/Interpreter with Pan American World Airways; Travel Agency Owner; Travel Technology Online Deployment Manager; and Corporate Travel Manager.

Carmen is now using her culmination of knowledge and skills to run her own company, Travel Management Consulting LLC where she partners with businesses and government entities to build or improve their global travel programs.

Adam Zellhoefer is a NABCEP certified solar installer and brings a wealth of knowledge in solar design and physics. Adam has spent the past few years working as a teacher’s assistant with the solar power program at Cabrillo College in California. Adam served as an assistant to Joe Jordan, a pioneer in renewable energy.

Paul Keller, Vice President and COO, is a senior consultant with Quality America, Inc. Paul has developed and implemented successful Six Sigma and quality improvement programs in service and manufacturing environments. Paul has been with Quality America since 1992, where he has:

• Developed and managed systems for overall operations, including quality improvement, product development, partner relations, marketing, sales, order fulfillment, and technical support.

Before launching Quality America's training and consulting business in 1992, Paul specialized in quality engineering in the Masters program at the University of Arizona. In these roles, he developed company-wide quality systems to meet the demands of a diverse customer base, including the automotive and aerospace industries.

Kalena Jordan was one of the first search engine optimization experts in Australia and New Zealand. She's well known and respected in the search engine industry, particularly in the U.S.

With her in-depth knowledge of Internet marketing techniques and a decade of experience in search engine optimization for client Web sites, she decided to specialize and set up her own search engine marketing company (Jordan Consulting Group) in 1999.

Karon Thackston is owner of Marketing Words, Inc., a full-service copywriting company specializing in search engine copywriting. Karon is author and publisher of three e-books, including the popular Step-by-Step Copywriting Course, an e-course designed to teach sound and highly effective copywriting techniques, including search engine copywriting techniques.

Karon is the copywriting moderator of both the High Rankings Forum and the Best Practices Search Engine Optimization forum. She spoke at the Search Engine Strategies conference in Toronto and is a regular presenter at the High Rankings Search Engine Basics seminars held across the U.S.

In addition to being co-founder of Search Engine College, Kalena is director of studies and a tutor for all SEO and PPC programs. Her previous roles have included SEO manager for a Web development firm, public relations consultant, freelance Web site designer, marketing manager for a computer systems firm, and five years as public relations advisor to the royal Thai government. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Richard Harden has designed, built, and managed multiple RFID testing and training labs worldwide and was responsible for RFID product testing for hundreds of products in those testing centers. He has established RFID training centers in more than five countries and conducted RFID training programs at all of these locations. He currently holds the RFID+ and RFIDSCM certifications.

Richard has held senior engineering leadership positions at several Fortune 500 companies, including HSBC, American Bottling Co., and Tenneco Corp, and has led numerous high-profile wireless infrastructure design and implementation projects at those companies. Richard is currently the vice president of training and certification at OTA Training, responsible for the delivery and development of OTA's quality courseware materials worldwide.

Jason Brewer is responsibile for the RFID program management for pharmaceutical, asset tracking, andtransportation. Previously Jason was project and business development manager at Precisia, developers and producers of conductive and advanced inks. These were used for printed electronics applications such as RFID-related products and printable thin batteries. In this position, Jason was responsible for business development, including strategic partnerships to advance the business goals of the company. Additionally he was leading development projects in a wide range of industries, which include tag and inlay design, supply chain and logistics, pharmaceutical, gaming, personnel tracking, waste management, and others utilizing RFID.

Jeff Polly obtained his technical expertise through 20 years of working in various engineering, technical services, and management positions prior to joining Lowry Computer Products in 2002. As vice president of technical services for Lowry, Jeff leads a highly trained professional services group as well as a nationwide network of technical repair specialists. Jeff was instrumental in the design and development of Lowry's new RFID Center and Testing Lab, and teaches the RFID certification training programs that are offered at the center.

Brad Pendleton has worked in software technology for 15 years, focusing primarily on systems integration and software implementation. He has experience implementing numerous large-scale ERP systems for a large consulting organization. Brad has spent the last seven years designing and implementing factory systems utilizing barcode data collection and RFID. Currently Brad is the RFID program manager for Enterprise Information Systems, A Domino Group Company. At EIS, he’s responsible for designing RFID solutions to meet supplier mandates as well as closed-loop systems.

Jeffrey Tazelaar is a seasoned RFID professional with real-world RFID experience. He recently was a programmer analyst at Wal-Mart, the world's largest retailer, where he was responsible for installing and deploying RFID solutions at the Wal-Mart retail stores, Wal-Mart distribution centers, and Sam's Clubs across the country. As a leader of Wal-Mart's RFID strategy team, he identified, developed, and specified new RFID retail applications such as the fork truck mount and the RFID-enabled bailer. Jeff has a Master’s of Science in packaging from Michigan State University, is a member of several EPC global working groups, and the author of various RFID articles.
