- How do I find the price of a course?

First, you must select your country from the partner locator on the right side of the course page. Select a partner from the list and click “apply”. This will take you to the partner’s course listing page. Select the category at the top of the page and find the course you are interested in. The price will be listed next to the course name. If you would like to enroll in the course, click enroll and you will be able to register through our shopping cart system.
- What kinds of payment do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card, as well as paypal.
- I don’t have a credit card, how can I pay for my course?

Paypal is a free service that enables you to make a secure payment to our website from your personal bank account. You can register for a paypal account at paypal.com.
- Do you offer payment plans or financial aid?

Gatlin International does not offer payment plans or financial aid. If you need to pay in installments, you may contact the partner you wish to register with to see if they offer installment payments or financial aid for your particular course.
- How do I register for a course?

On the course page of the course you are interested in, select your country from the partner locator on the right side of the page. Select a partner from the list and click “apply”. This will take you to the partner’s course listing page. Select the category at the top of the page and find the course you are interested in. Click enroll and you will be able to register through our shopping cart system. After completing payment, you will receive an email in the next 2 business days with all the information to start our course. Textbooks and included materials will be mailed to you once your address has been confirmed.
- When does my course start?

You may start study on your course as soon as you have completed registration and payment. Our courses are self-paced so you may work whenever and wherever is convenient for you.
- Where are these courses offered?

All of our courses are given completely online. You will never be required to attend a brick and mortar classroom and you can complete your entire course from the comfort of your own home.
- What skills do online learners need?

The skills required for individual online courses vary, so students should check with the institution offering a course before registering. However, most courses require a basic level of computer skills, including the ability to send and receive e-mail, as well as research on the Internet. If more advanced skills are required, they will be listed in the course description. If you are uncertain, we recommended that you discuss the skills required for a course with our support service. - How do students interact with instructors?

All courses are taught by instructors who provide support for students usually through e-mail and occasionally telephone. The instructor is responsible for facilitating student-tutor discussion, as well as answering students’ questions and reviewing and grading assignments and exams.
- Do I need an e-mail account for my online course?

Yes, all students taking online courses must have an e-mail account. E-mail accounts may be obtained by signing up for a free account either through Yahoo! or Hotmail.
- When it says a course is 200 hours long, does that mean I have to sit at my computer for 200 hours?

No, it means that the author of the course has stated that he or she expects you to be able to complete the course in 200 hours. This time frame may include homework, research, reading, or in some cases, additional development and reflection time.
- What are the advantages to online learning?

With online learning, you can study from home or work. You can log on and off as often as you need to, and the course will pick up right where you left off. Also, you only learn what you want to know. Lastly, the courses are Web-based, so you can log on from any computer.
- What kind of certificate do I get when I have completed the course?

You will receive a Certificate of Completion validated by the University of East London.
- How do I find one of Gatlin’s partners so that I can register and buy a course?

- Who do I contact if I have a problem with my course?

We hope this will not happen. You should always contact your tutor first, but if that is unsuccessful you can e-mail .
- Can you help me select a course?

- I am located in the United States or Canada and would like to enroll in a course. What do I do?

We provide courses for every country outside of the United States and Canada. If you are looking to take a course in the United States you may enroll at gatlineducation.com.
- What are the qualifications for enrolling in any particular course?

On the course page, under the “Additional Info” Tab there is a section titled “Prerequisites”. If you need prior skills or knowledge before starting a course they will be listed there.
